CANCELLATION & TRANSFER FEES.
Please Note : Cancellations, transfers or substitutions MUST be provided
in writing.
Cancellation Fees.
Cancellations received 5 working days or more before start date will
be accepted.
Cancellations received within 5 days of the course start date will be
charged at the full price.
If Caterpillar Institute Cancels a Course
The Caterpillar Institute (WA) reserves the right to cancel
or reschedule courses if required. In this instance customers will receive
a full refund.

Transfer Fees
If you wish to transfer to another course or date notification is required
in writing within 2 working days prior to start of the course or a $65
administration fee will be incurred.
Substitue Another Participant
Substitutions can be made and no fee will be incurred. Please advise
promptly (in writing) of name change.
